By registering for any Englisher Academy course or program, you agree to the following terms:
Effective: October 15, 2025At our company, we believe in transparency and user control. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that we receive when you use our services.
By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Important: We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your trust is our top priority.
- Learners must be 13 years or older (under 18 with guardian consent).
- Payments must be completed prior to starting courses.
- Refund requests made seven (7) business days before a course starts are fully refundable; requests within seven days incur a 15% administrative fee. No refunds after course commencement.
- Flash deals and limited offers are refunded based on original (non-discounted) prices.
- Englisher reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or course structures to maintain quality.
- All Englisher materials (videos, logos, lessons) are intellectual property and cannot be shared without permission.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
